At Superwrap, we are passionate about creating sustainable solutions that have a positive impact. 

Our reusable beeswax food wraps are more than just an eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic - they represent a "triple win" that solves multiple waste challenges in one innovative product.

Sourcing Sustainable Materials

We begin by collecting textile waste from fashion brands, corporations, schools, and fabric stores in our local Hong Kong community. These discarded materials are given new life as the core components used to make our beeswax wraps. 

In addition, we work closely with nearby apiaries to obtain high-quality beeswax, a natural and renewable resource.

To expand our textile waste sourcing, we've also launched an upcycling program where corporations can donate their surplus clothing.

Perfecting the Formula

Our team has invested significant time and resources into researching and developing the special coating formula that enhances the performance of our beeswax wraps. By adding this proprietary coating, we're able to further increase the durability and functionality of our products, ensuring they can be used time and time again.

Designing with a Local Touch

Once we have our raw materials and coating formula perfected, our team gets to work upcycling the textile waste and blending it with the beeswax. Collaborating with local artists, we create unique printed patterns that are then applied to the wraps. 

This not only enhances the visual appeal of our products but also helps to protect them and improve their overall usability.
